What this sim does (and does not) do

Implements blinds, pot, and basic betting rounds.
CPU uses simple heuristics (pair/strong draw = more aggression).
No side pots, no all-in edge cases beyond “cap at stack”.
Hand evaluator is real: best 5-card hand from 7 cards is computed.
